The point is none of us can ever run our something worthwhile to give…” (Steve Goodier). Volunteering can also help you make friends, learn new skills, advance your career, and make you happier and healthier.
In this life we can choose to be passive - complain about things that need fixing (expecting someone else to do it) or, we can be active - roll up our sleeves, be willing to help, and get to work making things happen.
